I just left Novo after lunch, and I am so impressed with their salmon. It never ceases to amaze me how well they cook it, to perfection! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and I love that it is served with tasty black rice and well cooked carrots. Divine.

This was my first time coming to Novo Cucina. Me and my wife came for our first time to celebrate a special occasion. I had heard quite a few good things about the place, so we decided to check it out. We started with some drinks. I got the Benevento, which was a tequila based drink. It was balanced pretty nicely. Didn't taste so strong. My wife got the botanist, which was a gin based drink. She enjoyed it! For food, we started with some arancini to share. It was really good. It is essentially a fried rice ball, with some sausage ragu inside. It was served with a side of marinara sauce as well, to dip into. Came with 5 pieces, which was a good amount for 2 people. For dinner, we each got our own pasta. I got the rigatoni alla salsiccia and my wife got the Cappellacci con Ricotta, Prosciutto e Spinaci. I had heard about this rigatoni dish specifically, so this is part of the main reason we came. It was honestly pretty good. The rigatoni had a nice bite to it, and the sausage ragu was very flavorful. However, my wife's dish, took the cake. I liked it more than the rigatoni one. It was sooooo flavorful. It's basically Ricotta, prosciutto and spinach ravioli tossed in brown butter, sage and aged balsamic. It was definitely my favorite dish out of the 3 we had collectively. Each bite was just as flavorful as the previous one. These are pretty big ravioli pieces as well, so you'll definitely be full after eating. The food was pretty good honestly, and I would definitely come back. The food is kind of right in the middle, when it comes to pricing. It wasn't too expensive, but it wasn't super cheap either. I think it's worth it, for the price you pay. The restaurant is shared with a Publix shopping center parking lot, so there is plenty of parking. The inside is very chic, so the place is perfect for a special occasion lunch/dinner. I'll be back in the future, no doubt!

My absolute favorite Italian place in the area. I come here time and time again and I'm never disappointed. The Sausage Rigatoni Alla Salsiccia and Linguine alle Vongole are two of my favorite dishes. You can also ask for fresh ciabatta at no charge! The gelato is also made in-house, and it's so creamy and delicious. Ambiance is so cute -- perfect for a romantic date night whether you're sitting inside or in the sunroom, or just for a nice brunch on the outdoor patio. For everything that's included, it's very reasonably priced! Highly recommend coming here for great food and great vibes.

We stopped by this place on a Sunday evening and it was packed. We took that as a good sign and we were right. We had to sit at the bar because the wait was 2+ hours. Sounds like reservations are the way to go. We started with the arancini and complimentary ciabatta bread and both were fabulous. I had the gnocchi which was soft and pillowy and delicious. My partner had a pizza which was also fabulous. Save room for dessert though! We had two different types of their homemade gelato and both were great, but the standout was the fresh mint. We definitely will be back the next time we are in Georgia.

I tried to eat here about a year ago, but there was over an hour wait. This time, I had a reservation and was seated right away. There's definitely a very local vibe here. Lots of people know each other and seem to be regulars. The food is fantastic so I'm not surprised! My spaghetti was ok, but the flatbread, the salad, and the gelato were all delicious! The star is really the pizza capricciosa that I took home though! Will definitely have to go back just for the pizza!

This place is definitely worth the hype! I have driven by this place a couple of times and always noticed how busy it is and definitely recommend putting in a reservation even for a weekday night. There was a long line out the door to get a table but luckily it moved fast. After we were seated, my friend and I decided to start of with calamari which was perfectly fried and seasoned well. It also paired well with the marinara sauce. For my main meal, I went with the Tortelloni ai carcofi which was very delicious! I loved how light the butter sauce was and how flavorful the dish was while not being super overpowering. I was looking forward to try their vegetarian lasagne, but they had changed their menu recently and took it off. Overall, I was happy with the service and how nice our waiter was with checking in to make sure that our food came out how we intended it to be. We even had the hostess check on us for a few times to make sure everything was okay. They have indoor and outdoor seating and really liked the ambiance of this place. They also offer takeout meals as well. I look forward to coming back and trying one of their pizzas next!

Saturday lunch visit with a small group of friends. There's a great little patio in the front with heat lamps and feel private considering it's next to the parking. There's a great dining room that feels like a sunroom with windows all around, bringing in lots of light. We ordered calamari, linguine with clams, salad, gnocchi, lasagna bolognese, and we all had gelato desserts! The whole experience was great - everyone loved their food! I ordered the linguine and saw that multiple people had ordered this dish at the restaurant. It did not disappoint as the clams were juicy and fresh - there were so many! I loved the Calabrian pepper in the sauce with the perfect amount of spice . Weekend lunch time was a mix of people who were a little dressed up, but also people in shorts so the vibe is pretty relaxed. I imagine this is a cute date night spot in the evenings

I absolutely love this restaurant, no matter the season. It's possible to get same day reservations and the inside sunroom is the best option for winter months and later fall months. In the sunroom you'll find a heater by each table which add to the ambiance. My favorite go to dishes are the Lasagnette alla Vegetariana, Margherita Pizza, Vegetariana Pizza, and the Shrimp Alfredo. Every dish is always hot you can see the steam coming off your food. The Alfredo is creamy, the shrimp are cooked to perfection no where have I found Alfredo Pasta better than Novo. Lasagnette alla vegetariana is full of flavor with the variety of vegetables you honestly you won't miss or need any meat or protein in this dish. Before you leave you must have the Gelato icecream it's original to this restaurant and it's authentic.

I have lost the count of even how many times I have beeen to this place. This is an amazing place. Let's start with the food first: we mostly have a set menu, we start with margarita pizza and before you think it's just a pizza- it's heaven, so fresh and full of flavors. Then in main course we order Tagliatelle ai Funghi- this is so delicious, white sauce is not overly cheesy and right amount. Also, we get Risotto Mantecato which is caramelized onion risotto, it's great with slight sweetness, not my favorite but my husband likes it (Last time we ordered it I felt rice was a tad less cooked) . The other risotto is Risotto ai Funghi - like it so much! The mushrooms and sauce is yum. For dessert - we get tiramisu- it's little more creamy than usual, it's nice would nothing super extraordinary but omg gelatos they have are amazing! My favorite is pistachios. Service: this varies, we have gotten from very extraordinary services to average service. Never got bad service Ambiance - super nice. Relaxing and not super fancy. People dress mostly casual. If you are in this area defiantly try it out. One tip: for dinner never go without reservation- you will be disappointed otherwise.
